What If I Select The Wrong Drop Shipping Niche?

Today, I'm going to be talking about a question that I get asked a lot, and that's what if I select the wrong niche? So, with that, let's get cracking.

Okay. Right, so what happens if you select the wrong niche or the niche doesn't work for whatever reason on your first try around? Well, to be honest, let's just get this straight. I select niches that don't work out in here sometimes.

I mean, I've got better and better over the years, my gut has got better whether or not something is going to work and how I'll advertise it, my instinct takes over nowadays whether or not it's going to work,

But what if you select the wrong niche?... it’s not the biggest deal in the world, okay? if it doesn't hundred percent work out the way you thought it would, it is okay in fact it could be a blessing... Let me explain why.

The amount of experience that you will get out of actually taking action from selecting your niche, setting up your store, setting up your ads, marketing, email marketing, customer service, all of that sort of thing that you will get out of your first niche is super important... you can be seen as like an apprenticeship it's something you need to go through to level up and be an expert right?

And if it doesn't work so be it, do not get hung up on your very first niche selection, okay? just make the decision and take massive action to go forward, because the amount of experience you will get out of that first lesson, and if it had didn't happen to work out, it's not a huge issue,

You have learnt a brand new skill, right? You will learn more experience for the next time round, you will select a better niche moving forward... sure you may loos a few buck in ad spend but what it worth to you once you are living your online lifestyle in the very near future? Priceless right?

Maybe you have one or two or three, ten sales or maybe you weren't making enough money a month and you decided to scrap it, that's fine bin it or flip it to someone else who is right into the niche,

But no matter what don't get hung up on the fact that you might choose or select the wrong niche or it might not work, because again the amount of experience that you will get from running through this whole process will be invaluable.

You might have spent maybe $300, $400, $500 bucks, something like that, but when you equate that to the experience that you got out of setting that up and ready to go for the next one, what is that actually worth to you? you know it's worth more than 500 bucks. I mean, what do you buy for 500 dollars nowadays that could get you that level of experience?

I mean, it just doesn't happen. Thinking about your what you spend on coffee or beers, or the uni fees, or even school fees, for 500 dollars, that learning experience that you got, to learn how to set up your brand new online store is invaluable. So, do not get hung up on whether or not you're going to select the wrong niche it's not a big deal just a great learning experience.

It's really important that you don't hold yourself back because you're not sure whether or not it's going to work. It might not work. Again, I select the wrong niche from time to time and we learn from it. We learn how we may or may not be able to make it work.

Based on the experience the best thing to do is fail fast and learn fast.... keep moving forward.
